Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, BBQ sauce, and optional mayo. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, grilled chicken, black beans, corn, red onion, celery, and cilantro.
  4. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Stir before serving, and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
