Preparation Steps

  3. In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs and flour until evenly distributed.
  4. Coat the marinated chicken with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly for an even coat.
  5. Place coated chicken on the baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring space between pieces.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the coated chicken.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy and golden, and check the internal temperature at 165°F (75°C).
  8. Warm the hot honey in a small saucepan or microwave.
  9. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after baking.
  10. Drizzle the warmed hot honey over the chicken before serving.
