  4. Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut-side down.
  5. Roast the radishes for 15 minutes. After that, carefully toss them to ensure even cooking.
  6. Continue roasting for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped herbs before serving.
